Barry Hoffman is the President and CEO of H and M Services. He has 40 years of industry experience and has been an innovative leader in the progression of retail inventory service solutions.
Susan Hoffman, Controller
Susan joined the H and M team in June 2018 as the financial controller. Leading the Finance team, Susan is responsible for the delivery of finance services such as accounting, reporting, budgeting and insurance management, in accordance with legislative requirements and organizational policies and strategies. Susan has over 30 years experience in providing professional services across a broad range of finance areas including compliance, business process, audit and financial reporting.
Monroe Hodges, Vice President Sales
Monroe Hodges is our Vice President of Sales for H and M Services. Monroe brings in a completely different view of inventory and service coming in from over 35 years of retail experience as a Senior Director of Retail Operations for a large chain of grocery stores. Monroe is coming from the retail point of view and knows the needs and requirements for retailers inside and out. Carl Roker, Vice President of Operations
Carl is adding over 20 years of industry experience to the H and M team. Carl’s strengths are customer service and development of our team members. Carl’s duties include budgeting, sales, operations, public relations, scheduling and management for the company. He has been a big part of our high growth in the Southeast.
Don Leach – Regional Manager, Northern Division
Don’s expanded responsibilities as Regional Manager of the Northern Division reflect his exceptional ability to lead and adapt in a dynamic environment. Don’s focus on team building and his unwavering positivity have helped us achieve new milestones. His expanded role will allow him to further support our northern operations and drive continued growth for our company.
Tamara Walton – Regional Manager, Southern Division
Tamara’s leadership in the Southern Division has been marked by her proactive approach and dedication to both her team and clients. She brings a solutions-oriented mindset and a track record of successful service to our clients. In her new role as Regional Manager, Tamara will continue to foster growth and strengthen our presence in the southern market through her commitment to excellence and collaborative leadership.
